Some common questions answered below:
Can you help me to decide what to wear?
Absolutely. Once you book with me, I will send you information on what to wear and advice on how to pick the best outfits for you.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes - there is a £50 deposit when you book, but you can reschedule without losing your deposit up to 48 hours beforehand!
What is your cancellations/amendments policy?
As an actor, I understand that acting jobs can and do come up. If you need to reschedule or cancel, then you can do so up to 48 hours before your shoot without losing your deposit. Should you need to cancel, please do try and give as much warning as possible to allow someone else to take the slot.
Do you shoot indoors or outdoors?
I shoot all headshots indoors so that I can guarantee both a consistent aesthetic and, of course, weather. We are in Glasgow after all, and the weather is rarely on our side!
Where are you based, and how do I get there?
I shoot at my flat, which is based in the Southside of Glasgow. There is free parking on the street, or I am a 10-minute walk from Cathcart train station. You will receive the full address after booking.
Is your space accessible?
There are 12 steps to the front door of my flat. If you require step-free access, then please do drop me a message and let me know, as I can organise for the shoot to take place at a different studio.
Can I bring someone with me?
If you are under 18, then yes. Otherwise, I really recommend coming alone to your session, as having others there can be distracting. Any issues / special requests, please do email me.
When will I receive everything from the shoot?
You’ll receive your online proofing gallery within 24 hours (usually later the same day/evening).
I will deliver the final edited images within 14 days after you select and pay for any extras.
Do you shoot non-actors?
Yes, absolutely! For non-actors, I can tailor the session to suit your headshot needs and give you more portfolio-style shots if required.
